Ingredients
  

  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 10.5 ounce
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 cups fresh green beans trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 6 slices bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 1 can French-fried onions 6 ounce, divided

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and black pepper until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.
  3. Add the fresh green beans, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and half of the French-fried onions to the bowl. Stir gently until all ingredients are evenly coated in the sauce.
  4. Pour the green bean mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it into an even layer.
  5. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbling around the edges.
  6. Carefully remove the casserole from the oven and sprinkle the remaining French-fried onions evenly over the top. Return it to the oven and bake for 5 more minutes, or until the onions are golden brown.
